Wildfires response: providing aid at scale

In February 2024 Chile experienced the worst wildfires of the century, with over 10K hectares burnt, 6K houses destroyed and more than 130 lives lost.
Five days after the wildfires started, ERT arrived to the field. With the help of our Chilean channel partner, Seidor, we created digital tools for 7 aid organizations to collect data and needs, manage aid distributions, register volunteers, and much more.
Our partners on the ground were able to reach >100K people using the monday.com platform with meals and aid distributions, support >500 small business owners, manage donations, coordinate volunteers and oversee their programs.
